TERMS

Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Agentify: what we do, what you are responsible for, how plans and billing work, and the limits of what we promise. They are written to be read, not to be impressive.

Effective . If we change these terms we update this page and the date above, and tell account owners before a change that affects them takes effect.

The agreement

These terms are between you and Agentify, and you accept them by creating an account or using the service. If you are accepting on behalf of an employer or a client, you are confirming you may bind them, and "you" means them.

Our handling of your data is covered by the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

What Agentify does

Agentify takes a description of an agent, generates the configuration and container definition to run it, deploys that onto infrastructure you own and have connected, and then reports its state, its logs, and its cost back to you.

Your agents run on your infrastructure, not ours. We operate the console and the deployment machinery; we do not operate your VPS, your Discord application, or your model provider account, and we cannot restore, resize, or unblock any of them for you.

Your account

You need a working email address and a sign-in provider account. Keep your sign-in secure: anything done by a member of your organization is treated as done by your organization.

An organization owner controls who is a member and what each member may do. Adding someone gives them access to that organization’s projects, agents, and deployments, so add people accordingly.

Do not create an account if you are under the age of majority where you live, or if sanctions or export rules prohibit us from providing the service to you.

Your infrastructure and credentials

When you connect a VPS, a Discord application, or a model provider key, you confirm that it is yours or that you are authorised to use it this way, and that doing so does not breach that provider’s terms.

Those providers’ terms and charges apply to you directly. What your VPS costs, what your model calls cost, and what Discord permits are between you and them. Agentify does not pay them and does not resell them.

You authorise Agentify to use the credentials you store to do the things the console says it does: deploy, report status and logs, roll back, and tear down, on the targets you selected. We will not use them for anything else.

You are responsible for what your agents do — what they say, what they call, and what data you let them reach. An agent deployed through Agentify acts in your name on your infrastructure.

Acceptable use

Do not use Agentify to break the law, to infringe someone’s rights, or to deploy an agent that spams, harasses, deceives people about being automated where that is prohibited, or breaches the terms of the platform it is speaking on.

Do not attack the platform: no attempts to reach another organization’s data, no probing or load-testing our infrastructure without written permission, no circumventing plan limits, and no reselling the service as your own.

We may suspend an account or a deployment that is causing harm or breaching this section. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix it; where the harm is ongoing, we act first and explain afterwards.

Plans and billing

There is a free plan with limits, and a paid plan with higher ones. What each plan allows and what the paid plan costs are stated on the billing page in the console and at checkout, which is the single place those numbers live.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not refund part of a month unless the law requires it.

When a paid plan ends you return to the free plan. Agents that are already running keep running — we do not tear down your deployments because a subscription lapsed — but new deployments beyond the free plan’s limits are refused until you upgrade again.

If we change what a plan costs, we tell account owners before the change applies to them, and you can cancel instead.

Availability and changes to the service

Agentify is young software. There is no uptime commitment, no service credit, and no support response time; we run a single region and expect maintenance windows and occasional outages.

We may add, change, or remove features. If we remove something you depend on, or shut the service down, we will give account owners notice and time to export what they need and move their agents — which is more straightforward here than most places, because the agents are already running on your own infrastructure.

Your content and our software

What you bring stays yours: your agent definitions, prompts, configuration, and data. You grant us only the permission needed to host, deploy, and display it back to you, and to keep encrypted backups.

If you publish a template to the community catalogue, you are choosing to make that template visible to other Agentify users and to let them instantiate it. You can unpublish it; that does not retract copies already instantiated.

The Agentify console, its generated infrastructure code, and its container images stay ours or our licensors’, except where a file says otherwise.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that a generated deployment will suit your purpose, or that an agent’s output will be accurate. Review what an agent does before you rely on it, particularly where it acts on your behalf.

To the extent the law allows, Agentify is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit or revenue, for lost data, or for what a third-party provider does or charges. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time: cancel your plan and ask us to delete your account. We may end your use of the service if you breach these terms materially and do not fix it after we ask, or if we discontinue the service.

When your account ends, we delete it as described in the privacy policy. Deployments on your own infrastructure are not affected by your account ending — they keep running until you stop them, because they are yours.

If a clause here is unenforceable, the remainder still stands. Not enforcing a term immediately does not waive it. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; we may transfer it as part of a reorganisation or sale of the business.

We have not yet published a governing-law or dispute-resolution clause, because stating one we have not taken advice on would be worse than stating none. Until we do, the law that applies is whatever the law itself says applies.
